Recurring invoices

Last updated: July 2026

If you bill the same client the same amount every month — a retainer, a subscription, a fixed service — set it up once and let Fatoora create each invoice for you on schedule.

Set one up

From Recurring, create a template just like a normal invoice, then set:

  • The client and the line items to bill
  • How often it repeats (e.g. monthly or yearly)
  • When it should start

How it runs

On each scheduled date, Fatoora generates the invoice from your template with a fresh sequential number. You then send it and record payment like any other invoice.

Manage it

Edit the template, change the frequency, pause it while a client is away, or stop it entirely — all from the Recurring page.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. Pause, edit or stop a recurring invoice anytime from the Recurring page. Invoices already created stay as they are.
